Our graduates benefit from the strong reputation of a respected university when entering the labour market, a distinction also reflected in international rankings. In particular, our Department is one of only two in Greece included in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU), also known as the Shanghai Ranking, among the top Economics departments worldwide (ranked 200–300).

As a result, our graduates hold senior positions in both the private and public sectors in Greece, as well as in leading universities abroad.
